Getting started

A good start makes everything after it better.

One checklist. Clear responsibilities. Everyone agrees on what “ready to launch” means.

Step 1

Agree on the plan

We confirm goals, what is included, which ad platform, fees, terms, and who does what.

Step 2

Share access

Use the checklist below to invite us to the required accounts. No passwords, ever.

Step 3

Build and test

We set up tracking, lead routing, and follow-up, get your ad creatives approved, and test everything.

Step 4

Launch and review

We do a final check together, launch, and set up your dashboard and monthly review.

What we will ask for

Everything in the right place.

Each platform has a way to invite a team member with limited access. That is what we use. Never send passwords or customer records through this website.

  • Ad accounts (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager)
  • Website access and who owns your domain
  • Google Analytics and any tracking already installed
  • CRM and pipeline, calendar, and lead routing ownership
  • Email and text tools, and your existing permission records
  • Logo, approved offers, and examples of ads you like
  • Goals, how much work you can take on, and who approves things
When the clock starts. Setup starts once we have the access, files, and approvals we need. If those are delayed on your side, the launch date and any guarantee window move with them.

You get the exact checklist for your accounts during onboarding, with a walkthrough for each one. Growth Partner includes a live dashboard, a monthly summary, and a strategy call. Scale adds two calls a month.

Your access checklist

See what we will need from you.

This checklist stays on this page. It does not connect any accounts or save passwords. It just helps you find the account owners before we start.

Which accounts are part of your plan?

Timeline

Access first. Then build in order.

Foundation is a 90-day setup project. The exact schedule depends on what is included and how quickly we get access. These are the phases, not fixed dates.

  1. Before day one

Confirm the plan, the account owners, access, files, and approvals. We check that everything is in place.

  2. Take stock

Review your tracking, how customers move from inquiry to sale, and the priorities we agreed on.

  3. Build and test

Connect the systems, set up workflows, prepare campaigns where included, and test every form, call, and handoff.

  4. Launch and hand off

Sign off together, launch, walk your team through how it works, and start the monthly reporting.
