The $100K Guarantee
$100,000 in new revenue in 90 days, or you don't pay us. Here is what that means: $100,000 in new revenue within 90 days of all your ads going live. If we miss that number, we refund the monthly retainer fees you paid Dead River Management during those 90 days. The setup fee is not refunded. Your go-live date is written into your agreement.
What we do and what you do
Our human team calls every lead within 5 minutes during business hours, follows up, books the appointment on your calendar, rebooks no-shows and sends review requests after the job. After hours, the AI receptionist answers and books, and we call first thing in the morning. You get live updates in your Slack channel: leads coming in, call attempts, bookings and no-shows. You show up and close the job. Your side: keep your ad spend funded and don't lower it, show up to the appointments we book, log your closed jobs in the CRM, and give it the full 90 days.
What counts toward the $100,000
Revenue from new customers who came in through the system we build for you: the ads, landing pages, follow-up, and booking that make up Demand Flow. Every lead and outcome is tracked in your CRM and confirmed against your closed jobs or invoices, so we both see the same number. Repeat business from customers you already had, and jobs you booked on your own outside the system, do not count.
What the refund covers
The monthly retainer fees you paid Dead River Management during the 90-day guarantee period. The setup fee is not refunded. Ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platforms and is separate from our fees, so it is not refunded.
Who the guarantee applies to
Businesses accepted into Demand Flow with a signed agreement. Before we accept a business we look at its market, its service or product, its capacity to handle the extra work, and its ad budget. If we do not think we can hit the number, we say so on the call and do not offer the guarantee.
The clock, and what pauses it
The 90 days start the day all your ads are live. It pauses when we are waiting on you for account access, approvals, ad budget, or the information we need to report revenue. Turning off campaigns, cutting the agreed ad budget, or skipping the appointments we book ends the guarantee.
Older offers
Earlier Dead River Management offers, including the $50,000 in 60 days guarantee and offers with their own lead, appointment, or patient targets, are no longer sold. If your signed agreement includes one, that agreement controls.
