WHAT THESE EMAILS HAVE DONE
Here’s what our email campaigns have done for online stores. We keep client names private.
Offers on these campaigns ran from $39 to $120.
WHAT YOU GET
- The plan. Your offer, your send dates and who gets which email, worked back from Black Friday.
- Seven campaign emails. Teaser, VIP early access, the Black Friday launch, weekend reviews, the Sunday deadline, Cyber Monday and last chance.
- Five automatic emails. Welcome, a browse reminder, two cart reminders and a thank-you. They go out on their own when a shopper signs up, looks, leaves a cart or buys.
- The writing and design. Subject lines, preview text, every word and the finished layouts.
- The build. All of it set up in your email platform. Your regular promo emails get paused so nobody gets two at once.
- The checks. Every code, button, deadline and phone layout tested before launch. Buyers stop getting sale emails the moment they pay.
- The report. Delivered, clicks, paid orders and revenue after the sale.

THE SEND CALENDAR
Every email has one job. Here’s the full run for this year.
| Date | Its job | |
|---|---|---|
| Fri, Nov 13 | Teaser | Gets people on the early access list. One button. No code yet. |
| Tue, Nov 24 | VIP early access | Your best customers get first pick with their own code. |
| Fri, Nov 27, 6 AM | Black Friday launch | Offer, code and shop button before anyone scrolls. |
| Sat, Nov 28 | Reviews | Real reviews and help picking the right product. |
| Sun, Nov 29 | Deadline | The real end time. Midnight means midnight. |
| Mon, Nov 30 | Cyber Monday | A new offer, not the old code with a new name. |
| Tue, Dec 1 | Last chance | A short note from the owner. The offer ends at 8 PM. |
HOW IT WORKS
- Book a short call. We go over your list, your offer and your launch date.
- Agree on the scope. What we build, in which platform, by when, and the price. All set before work starts.
- We plan, write and design. You send your products and your brand. We do the rest.
- You approve the designs. Nothing goes out without your OK.
- We launch. Live 3 business days after you approve.
- We watch it and report. Orders and revenue, not opens.
APPROVE BY
| To start with | Approve the designs by |
|---|---|
| The teaser on Nov 13 | Monday, November 9 |
| Early access on Nov 24 | Wednesday, November 18 |
| The Black Friday launch on Nov 27 | Friday, November 20 |
The later you start, the fewer emails you get to send. The teaser and early access do a lot of the selling before Black Friday starts.
WHO IT'S FOR
- Online stores that sell products. Anything people buy in a cart and get shipped.
- About 9,000 subscribers and up. That’s the list size we build for.
- Owners who want it handled. You approve the designs. We do the planning, writing, building and testing.
Bring your store URL, your email platform, your list size, the emails you already send, and the products you want to push. Want to learn how we plan it first? Read our Black Friday email marketing guide.

BLACK FRIDAY EMAILS, STRAIGHT ANSWERS
How much does it cost?
Scope and price are agreed on the call, before any work starts. You’ll know exactly what we’re building and what we need from you.
How long does it take to set up?
We go live 3 business days after you approve the designs. Nothing goes out until you say yes.
What list size do you work with?
Stores with about 9,000 email subscribers and up.
Which email platform do you build in?
The one your store already uses. We set up the campaigns and the holiday flows inside your account, so you own all of it.
Will my customers get too many emails?
No. Buyers leave the sale emails as soon as they pay. Cart reminders stop when someone checks out. We cap how many emails one person gets.
What do I need to have ready?
Your store URL, your email platform, your list size, the emails you already send, and the products you want to push.
