Cookie notice
The cookies and similar technologies used on this site, why we use them, and the controls available to you.
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files or identifiers stored by a website or its providers. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, device identifiers, and server-side matching. They can remember settings, measure activity, attribute advertising, recognize browsers or devices, and help associate activity across services.
Necessary technologies
Necessary technologies support core functions such as security, fraud prevention, network delivery, form operation, and remembering essential settings. Blocking these technologies may prevent parts of the site from working correctly.
Analytics and performance
Analytics technologies help us understand visits, page views, navigation, referrals, site performance, and whether forms or other actions are completed. We use this information to improve the site and measure marketing performance.
Advertising and attribution
Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and the Meta pixel help measure advertising, attribute visits and conversions, build audiences, and support retargeting. These providers may receive online identifiers, device information, page activity, and conversion events and may combine that information with data they already hold under their own policies.
Visitor identification and audience intelligence
We use a visitor-identification or audience-intelligence script that may collect IP address, device and browser information, page activity, timestamps, referring information, cookies, and similar identifiers. The provider may associate those signals with permitted third-party contact or business information and return a possible identity or business match to us. A match is an estimate and does not prove who personally used a device or that anyone intends to purchase.
Form and calculator information
We do not intentionally store passwords, financial account information, patient information, or the text of form and calculator answers in advertising cookies. If you submit a form or request an emailed result, that information may be sent to our systems separately from cookies as described in the Privacy Notice.
Our providers
Providers used for these purposes may include Vercel, Google, Meta, GoHighLevel, and an identity-resolution or audience-intelligence provider. Their technologies, retention periods, and use of information are governed in part by their own privacy notices and settings.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies through your browser and use advertising controls offered by Google and Meta. Blocking cookies may reduce measurement or personalization but the main informational pages should remain available. We are evaluating a consent-management tool that will provide additional on-site controls. Until it is installed, you may email brandon@deadrivermanagement.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line to ask about or object to our use of your information.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not sell browsing information for money. Some laws may treat certain advertising, identity-resolution, audience, or cross-context activity as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising even without a monetary payment. Where an applicable law gives you an opt-out right, you may exercise it by contacting us as described above. We will update this notice and the site controls when our consent-management tool is implemented.
Updates and contact
We may update this notice when our technologies or legal obligations change. Email brandon@deadrivermanagement.com, call (915) 228-3054, or write to Dead River Management Inc., 12210 Montwood Dr STE 103 PMB 1173, El Paso, TX 79928.
